牵正散合桃红四物汤联合西药治疗周围性面瘫随机平行对照研究

Qianzheng San and Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察牵正散合桃红四物汤联合西药治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组43例皮质类固醇激素、地塞米松、泼尼松等西药常规治疗。治疗组43例中药及针灸治疗,牵正散合桃红四物汤(白附子10g,全蝎6g,僵蚕10g,桃仁、红花、地黄各12g,川芎10g,赤芍20g,当归10g,黄芪30g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚分2次温服。针灸选穴:攒竹、鱼腰、阳白、四白、颧髎、颊车、地苍、合谷、太阳、太冲,1次/d,6d/周,休息1d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为95.35%。对照组显效18例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率为88.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the Qianzheng San and Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of peripheral facial paralysis efficacy.[Methods]86 patients with peripheral facial paralysis method of the patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 43 patients with corticosteroid,dexamethasone,prednisone and other conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group,43 cases of Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment,use Qianzheng San and Taohong Siwu decoction addition and subtraction oral the medicinal Baifuzi 10g,Quanxie 6g,Jiangchan 10g,Taoren 12g,Honghua 12g,Dihuang 12g,Chuanxiong 10g,Chishao 20g,Danggui 10g,Huangqi 30g,1 dose/day,decoction 300mL,2 times morning and evening,warm clothes.Acupuncture Point Selection： save the Cuan Zu,Yu Yao,Yang Bai,Si Bai,Quan Liao,Jia Che,Di Cang,He Gu,Taiyang,Taichong,1 times/day,6 days/week,rest 1 day.15 days continuous treatment course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The 30 cases markedly effective,effective were 11 cases,invalid were were 2 cases,total effective rate was 95.35%.Control group,18 cases were markedly effective,effective were 20 cases,invalid were were 5 cases,the total effective rate was 88.37%.The treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Integrative Medicine treatment of peripheral facial paralysis effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
