自拟冠心方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察自拟冠心方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将71例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组36例拜阿司匹灵100mg/次,qn。阿托伐他汀20mg/次,qm。单硝酸异山梨酯(鲁南贝特制药有限公司,国药准字H19991039,40mg/粒),40mg/次,1次/d。富马酸比索洛尔2.5mg/次,qm。马来酸桂派齐特注射液160mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组35例自拟冠心方(丹参25g,葛根、益母草各20g,黄芪15g,茯苓、瓜蒌皮、当归各20g,三七粉另包冲服5g,甘草15g)。1剂/d,水煎服,早晚各1次。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率82.86%。对照组显效8例,有效12例,无效16例,总有效率55.56%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组显效13例,改善14例,无改变8例,总有效率77.14%。对照组显效7例,改善10例,无改变19例,总有效率47.22%。心电图改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟冠心方联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛方面效果显著,值得在临床上广泛推广。

[Objective]To observe the bolted by combined western medicine curative effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,71 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.Control group 36 cases o worship department horse spirit,Germany bayer,H20080331 approved by the state and 100 mg/grain）,100 mg/times,qn.Atorvastatin（Pfizer,J20070061 approved by the state and 20 mg/grain）,20 mg/times,qm.Isosorbide mononitrate（southern shandong pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,approved by H19991039,40 mg/grain）,40mg/times,1/day.Bisoprolol fumarate pesos（Merck snow pock co.,LTD.,H20100678,5 mg/grain）,2.5 mg/time,1 time earlier oral;Maleic acid guangxi sent together,160 mg injection ＋ 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL,1/day,the static drop.Treatment group 35 cases from bolted party（salvia miltiorrhiza 25g,puerarin 20g leonurus 20g,astragalus root 15g,Tuckahoe 20g,snakegourd fruit skin of 20g,angelica 20g,notoginseng powder,another package is a blunt 5 g,licorice 15 g）.1/day,water decoction,1 time in the morning and night.Western medicine treatment with the control group.14 days continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram improvement and adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group,15 cases were markedly improved effective 14 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.86%.12 cases control group 8 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid,16 cases,total effective rate was 55.56%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P0.05）.Treatment group（13 cases had marked effect,14 cases improved,no change in 8 cases,total effective rate was 77.14%.Control group 7 cases had marked effect,10 cases were improved,and no change（19 cases）,total effective rate was 47.22%.Electrocardiogram（ecg） to improve the treatment group is better than that of control group（P 0.05）.Bolted side joint hypothesis.[Conclusion]The western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
