眼针联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕随机平行对照研究

Eye Needle with Shuxuening Therapy Hyperactivity of Liver Yang Type Vertigo Disease Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察眼针联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组30例0.9%氯化钠注射液200mL+舒血宁注射液20mL(5mL/支),1次/d,静滴。治疗组30例眼针(肝区、上焦区)35×25mm毫针在相应眼穴区距眶内缘2mm处,平刺,由该区始点向该区终点方向,刺入0.3cm,留针30min,1次/d。连续治疗2周为1疗程,观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效12例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈4例,显效10例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕病疗效满意。

[Objective] The clinical observation of eye acupuncture treatment of liver yang hyperactivity vertigo disease.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,60 cases of patients according to the order number were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients to 0.9% sodium chloride injection 200mL ＋ Shuxuening injection 20mL（5mL/branch）,1/day intravenous infusion,the treatment group of 30 cases of eye acupuncture（liver,the upper-jiao） 35 25mm needle in the corresponding eye point from orbital margin 2mm,horizontal needling,by the starting point to the end point,piercing needle for 30min,0.3cm,1 times a day.Continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.10 cases of group therapy.[Results]Treatment group,effective 18 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.The control group 8 cases markedly effective,effective 16 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 80%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Eye acupuncture for treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type vertigo satisfactory curative effect.
