摘要
中国新型城镇化建设将马克思主义人本思想作为理论内核,突出强调在城镇化发展过程中对人的全面自由发展的重视,实现城镇化发展过程中集约高效、功能完善、环境友好、社会和谐、城乡一体的协调和可持续,是对马克思主义中国化的实践创新。新型城镇化对拉动经济增长、促进社会和谐、拓展文化空间、保障生态安全和提升人力资本具有重大的战略意义。以人为本的新型城镇化建设必须在促进农民工市民化、公共服务均等化、统筹城乡发展以及新型城镇化建设资金筹措上采取必要措施。
The Marxist human-oriented thought is taken as the core of China＇s new urbanization construction, it focus on the people＇s free and comprehensive development during the urbanization, so as to realize the efficient, functional, environmental friendly, social harmony, coordinated and sustainable urban and rural integration, which is the practical innovation of the Marxist Chinesization. The new urbanization is of great significance in the aspects of increasing economic growth, promoting social harmony, expanding the cultural space, ensuring the ecological security and promoting the human capital. China＇s new urbanization based on human-oriented should carry out necessary measures in promoting urbanization of migrant workers, public service equalization, balance urban and rural development and financing in urbanization construction.
