社会资本进入现代农业的动力及政府行为的协调分析

Research on Motive Force of Social Capital's Entrance into Modern Agriculture and Its Coordination with Governments Behavior

通过社会资本发展现代农业是解决农业投入不足,实现农产品增产、农民增收、农村繁荣的重要途径。社会资本进入现代农业需要解决诸多问题,文章从内源和外源两个方面、经济利益和社会收益两个角度分析了社会资本进入现代农业的动力生成问题。同时,鉴于社会资本进入现代农业后其主体的行为特征、目标追求和客观效果不可避免会与我国现代农业发展的本质要求和宗旨存在不同程度偏差,文章又对社会资本进入现代农业后市场导向和政府行为的互动原则以及协调机制的构成和内容进行了分析。

It is an important way to develop modem agriculture through social capital. There are many issues to be solved as far as social capital＇s entrance into modem agriculture is concerned. This paper analyzes the formation of motive force for capital＇s entrance into modem agriculture from economic interest and social interest. Furthermore, it also analyzes the interaction mechariism of market and government, structure and contents of coordination mechanism based on deviation between different agent＇s behavior, objective and effect with social capital＇s having been entered into modem agriculture as background.
