摘要
实践经验表明,支持性就业要想取得较好的效果,家庭、支持就业机构、职业指导师和社会工作者的合作,并形成良好的伙伴关系是必不可少的。文章结合马斯洛需求层次理论,在对支持性就业智障人士需求进行调查的基础上,分析智障人士需求特点,再根据智障人士身心特征和需求特点开展社会工作介入,解决智障人士不同心理、行为、社会交往问题,进一步探索有效策略,以取得智障人士支持性就业的良好效果。
Practical experience shows that supportive employment to achieve better effect, family, support employment mechanism, the occupation refers to teacher and social worker's cooperation, and form a good partnership is essential. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, in investigating the intellectual disabilities supporting employment demand, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the intellectual disabilities demand, according to mentally disabled people physical and mental characteristics and the social work intervention, demand characteristics to solve intellectual disabilities different psychology, behavior, social problems, to further explore the effective strategy, in order to obtain good effect of intellectual disabilities supporting employment.
