2008-2012年剖宫产患者住院费用多元逐步回归分析

Stepwise multiple regression analysis of hospitalization expenses of the cesarean section patients from 2008 to 2012

目的 分析剖宫产患者住院费用影响因素.方法 以某院2008-2012年住院行剖宫产术的患者为分析对象,采用中位数、P25、P75等指标来描述患者医疗费用和住院天数.对住院总费用及各项费用进行残差分析、回归分析,探索医疗费用影响因素.结果住院天数、住院年份、药费过高等是影响医疗费用的关键因素.结论应提高医院工作效率,强化医院管理,控制平均住院日,以降低患者住院费用.

Objective To analyze the influencing factor of hospitalization expenses of cesarean section patients. Meth- ods The cesarean section patients 2008 to 2012 were analyzed with the use of the indexes such as median,P25 ,P75 to describe the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days. The total hospitalization expenses and every term of expenses were analyzed with the use of residual analysis and regression analysis to explore the influencing factor of medical expenses. Results The main influencing factors are hospitalization days, the year when the patients are in the hospital and the high medicine price. Conclu- sion We should improve the hospital efficiency, strengthen the hospital management, and control the average hospitalization days in order to reduce the cost of the hospitalization.
