摘要 目的 初步探讨电子病历(ectronic medical reeords,EMR)在高血压临床诊疗中的干预应用.方法 对2009年3月至2012年3月16 972名高血压病患者实施EMR的实验,应用EMR系统对其诊疗行为进行干预,主要的诊疗行为包括药物强化治疗后血压值及血脂的检测.应用多因素分析校正病人的特征(包括年龄、性别、教育背景)、时间趋势和检测设备.结果 EMR的使用与病人血压控制的稳定性及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)变化区间密切相关.结论 EMR的使用对高血压患者药物强化治疗率、监测和生理控制方面的变化密切相关.相对于血压控制良好的情况,其对血压控制不佳患者的影响更明显. Objective To probe into the clinical value of the ectronic medical reeords (EMR) in hypertension patients' clinical treatment. Methods The EMR system was used for 16 972 hypertension patients of Guangdong province NO. 2 people' s hospital, and the main intervened treatments included the detection of blood pressure and blood fat after drug intensity treat- ment. Multivariate analysis was used to adjust the patient characteristics including age, sex, and educational background, time trend, and detection equipment. Results The using of EMR was closely related to the change of patients' blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Conclusion Use of EMR can improve treatment effects of the hypertension pa- tients.
