精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶检测在预测无精子症附睾/睾丸穿刺的意义

Seminal plasma neutral α-glucosidase as a predictor of the success of PESA /TESA procedures in azoospermia

目的探讨精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶检测对预测附睾/睾丸穿刺取精的价值。方法对57例无精子症患者术前检测精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶,分为正常组和降低组,结合附睾/睾丸穿刺结果进行分析。结果精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶正常组穿刺9例获精子,13例未获精子;降低组穿刺32例获精子,3例未获精子,中性α-葡萄糖苷酶降低组穿刺获精率明显高于正常组。结论精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶检测对附睾/睾丸穿刺获精率有较好的预测价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of seminal plasma neutral α-glucosidase in predicting the success of percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration（PESA） or testicular sperm aspiration（TESA） procedures.Methods Seminal plasma neutral α-glucosidase（NAG） were detected and PESA /TESA were performed in 57 azoospermic patients.The patients were divided into two groups according to the NAG level（Group A： normal group,n = 22 and Group B： low group,n = 35）.Results Group A： PESA / TESA were successful in 7 out of 22 patients.Group B： PESA / TESA were successful in 32 out of 35 patients.The successful rate of PESA / TESA of group B was significantly higher than Group A.Conclusions Seminal plasma neutral α-glucosidase is a good predictor of the success of PESA / TESA
