中医联合溴吡斯的明治疗重症肌无力的临床观察

Clinical observation of the traditional Chinese medical science combined with pyridostigmine bromide in treatment of myasthenia gravis

目的探讨中医联合溴吡斯的明治疗重症肌无力(MG)的临床疗效。方法选择66例符合纳入标准的MG患者,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各33例,对照组单纯采用溴吡斯的明治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上配合中医特色治疗(包括口服中药、针灸、拔火罐、按摩等)。治疗前后两组患者均进行问卷调查(包括定量MG评分表(QMG)、Busch生活质量评价表),并观察治疗前后两组患者的QMG评分及生活质量改善情况。结果疗程结束后,观察组患者的临床症状及生活质量改善情况均明显优于对照组,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论中医联合溴吡斯的明治疗MG不仅可以明显改善患者的临床症状,还可以明显提高患者的生活质量,且不良反应轻,是一种治疗MG安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medical science combined with pyridostigmine bromide in treatment of the myasthenia gravis.Methods 66 patients with MG were all met the inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,33 cases in each group,the control group was only treated with the pyridostigmine bromide,and the observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medical science（Including oral medicine,acupuncture,cupping,massage） on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,patients in both groups conducted a questionnaire survey（Including quantitative MG score sheet（QMG）,Busch quality of life evaluation form）,and observed the QMG score and quality of life of patients before and after treatment to improve the situation.Results After the end of treatment,the observation group patients with clinical symptoms and quality of life improvement was significantly better than the control group,two groups compared the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）,and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions TCM combined with bromine pyridostigmine treatment of MG can not only significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,can significantly improve the patient ＇s quality of life,and adverse reaction to light,is a safe treatment for MG and effective treatment method.
