新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病伴发低蛋白血症的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy neonatus with hypoalbuminemia

目的分析新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)伴发低蛋白血症的临床护理。方法观察组(n=61)为HIE患儿伴发低蛋白血症,对照组(n=50)为足月正常新生儿,取静脉血进行检测,对比两组的血浆总蛋白(TP)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLD)结果;评估观察组患儿经护理前后的新生儿20项行为神经评定(NBNA评分)情况。结果观察组患儿的血浆TP、ALB、GLO均与对照组有显著性差异;观察组患儿经护理后NBNA明显改善。结论加强对HIE伴发低蛋白血症患儿的观察及护理,有利于逆转患儿的脑损伤及低蛋白状况。

Objective To analyze nursing care of HIE neonatus with hypoalbuminemia.Methods The observation group（n = 61） were HIE neonatus with hypoalbuminemia.The control group（n = 50） were full term newborns.TP,ALB and GLD of the two groups were measured.The NBNA scores were measured before and after clinical care.Results TP,ALB and GLD between the two groups had significant differences（P 0.05）.After clinical care,the NBNA scores of the observation group had improved.Conclusions Strict observation and clinical nursing care have great contributed to reverse brain injury and improve low protein status of HIE neonatus with hypoalbuminemia.
