摘要
本文采用有限单元法计算了板坯连铸机拉矫辊热应力的分布 ,分析了拉矫辊产生裂纹的原因 ,提出了一些改进措施。
The distribution of thermal stress in the pulling straightening roller of slab casting machine is calculated with finite element method. The writers have analyzed the reason that causes crack in the roller and put forward some measures to improve the quality.
