摘要
利用能量法分析自行开发的新型钢球坯成形方法 ,并给出了计算轧制力和力矩的数学模型 ,通过实例计算 ,结果与实验测定值相符。
The steel ball billet process, a new metal forming, was analyzed with energy method.The mathematical model of calculating the force parameter was concluded by using the plastic force model. With the given example, the result was verified to conform to the experimental data.
