加味丹参饮治疗原发性高脂血症合并动脉硬化40例总结 被引量:10

Therapeutic effect of modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction in treatment of primary hyperlipidemia with arteriosclerosis:a summary of 40 cases

摘要 目的:观察加味丹参饮对原发性高脂血症合并动脉硬化患者血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响及治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为加味丹参饮治疗组和血脂康对照组,连续治疗8周。观察治疗前后两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(APOAI)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)和hs-CRP变化及治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、APOB和hs-CRP水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C、APOAI较治疗前亦明显升高(P<0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味丹参饮通过降低血脂、抗炎等机制对预防冠心病早期动脉粥样硬化起着重要作用,与血脂康片疗效相当。 Objective:To observe the effects of modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction on the blood lipid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with primary hyperlipidemia plus arteriosclerosis and its clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Eighty patients with primary hyperlipidemia plus arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction group and Xuezhikang capsule group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The therapeutic effects were assessed based on serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),apolipoprotein AI(apoA-I),apolipoprotein B(apoB),and hs-CRP at baseline and after treatment.Results:After treatment,both groups showed significant decreases in TC,TG,LDL,apoB,and hs-CRP levels(P 0.05 or P 0.01) and significant increases in HDL and apoA-I(P 0.05);there were no significant differences in the above indices between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction plays an important role in preventing atherosclerosis in the early stage of coronary heart disease due to its blood lipid-reducing and anti-inflammatory effects.It has a comparable therapeutic effect to that of Xuezhikang tablets.
