加味丹参饮治疗原发性高脂血症合并动脉硬化40例总结

Therapeutic effect of modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction in treatment of primary hyperlipidemia with arteriosclerosis:a summary of 40 cases

目的:观察加味丹参饮对原发性高脂血症合并动脉硬化患者血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响及治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为加味丹参饮治疗组和血脂康对照组,连续治疗8周。观察治疗前后两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(APOAI)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)和hs-CRP变化及治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。结果:经治疗后两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、APOB和hs-CRP水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C、APOAI较治疗前亦明显升高(P<0.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味丹参饮通过降低血脂、抗炎等机制对预防冠心病早期动脉粥样硬化起着重要作用,与血脂康片疗效相当。

Objective：To observe the effects of modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction on the blood lipid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with primary hyperlipidemia plus arteriosclerosis and its clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods：Eighty patients with primary hyperlipidemia plus arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction group and Xuezhikang capsule group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The therapeutic effects were assessed based on serum levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL）,apolipoprotein AI（apoA-I）,apolipoprotein B（apoB）,and hs-CRP at baseline and after treatment.Results：After treatment,both groups showed significant decreases in TC,TG,LDL,apoB,and hs-CRP levels（P 0.05 or P 0.01） and significant increases in HDL and apoA-I（P 0.05）;there were no significant differences in the above indices between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction plays an important role in preventing atherosclerosis in the early stage of coronary heart disease due to its blood lipid-reducing and anti-inflammatory effects.It has a comparable therapeutic effect to that of Xuezhikang tablets.
