五虫通络胶囊合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Wuchong Tongluo capsules combined with Western medicines in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy:a report of 60 cases

目的:观察五虫通络胶囊合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均常规控制血糖在理想值范围,对照组给予维生素B1片、甲钴胺胶囊及依帕司他片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服五虫通络胶囊。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为71.67%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后Toronto评分总计分改善与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经传导速度与对照组比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且两组治疗后均未出现毒副作用。结论:五虫通络胶囊合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,且安全无副作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuchong Tongluo capsules combined with Western medicines in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：A total of 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 60） and control group（n = 60）.Both groups received conventional treatment to have blood glucose levels controlled within a desirable range,as well as vitamin B1 tablets,mecobalamin capsules,and epalrestat tablets,and the treatment group was given Wuchong Tongluo capsules as an addition.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（91.67% vs 71.67%,P 0.01）.The treatment group had a significantly more improvement in total Toronto score than the control group（P 0.05）.There was also significant difference in nerve conduction velocity between the treatment group and control group（P 0.01）.No adverse events were seen in either group.Conclusion：Wuchong Tongluo capsules combined with Western medicines have a satisfactory clinical effect and cause no adverse events in the treatment of DPN.
