摘要
目的:通过动物实验验证六虫骨灵胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用冰醋酸扭体、热板致痛法研究其镇痛作用,并通过测定冰醋酸致痛小鼠血清中前列腺素E2(PGE2,ELISA法)的含量,探讨其镇痛作用机制。采用致炎剂二甲苯引起小鼠耳壳皮肤肿胀,观测其抗炎作用;向大鼠左后跖皮下注射完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导产生佐剂性关节炎(AA),观测该药对AA引发继发侧足跖肿胀的抑制作用。结果:六虫骨灵胶囊对冰醋酸、热板所致小鼠疼痛反应、二甲苯所致耳壳皮肤炎症反应及对大鼠佐剂性关节炎引发的继发侧足跖肿胀反应具有明显抑制作用,且对冰醋酸致痛反应引起的血清PGE2升高有抑制作用。结论:六虫骨灵胶囊具有镇痛抗炎作用,抑制PGE2合成是其镇痛机制之一。
To verify the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Liuchong Guling capsules by animal experiment.Methods:Glacial acetic acid and hot plate were used to induce writhing and pain and to study the analgesic effect of Liuchong Guling capsules.Serum level of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the mice with pain induced by glacial acetic acid was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to investigate the analgesic mechanism of Liuchong Guling capsules.Dimethylbenzene was used to cause swelling of earlap skin in mice and to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Liuchong Guling capsules.Complete Freund's adjuvant was subcutaneously injected into the left-posterior soles of rats to induce adjuvant arthritis(AA) and to observe the inhibitory effect of Liuchong Guling capsules on the toe swelling secondary to AA.Results:Liuchong Guling capsules showed significant inhibitory effects on pains caused by glacial acetic acid and hot plate,earlap skin inflammation caused by dimethylbenzene,and toe swelling secondary to AA as well as serum PGE2 increase induced by glacial acetic acid.Conclusion:anti-inflammatory effects,and inhibiting the synthesis of PGE 2 is one of its action mechanisms.
