高票房低口碑悖论模型的研究 被引量:7

摘要 在多元文化及人文思潮的影响下,电影票房与受众口碑并不呈现完全的一致性,高票房低口碑现象时有发生。在以往的研究中,多基于实用主义视野进行探讨,缺乏对受众心理机制的研究。票房与口碑的一致性,实际上是一种以受众认知为导向的缄默集合,它具有情境的驱动性及行为的趋向性,且与受众认知、情绪及因果归因高度相关。根据受众满意度的心理基础,构建票房及口碑的动态模型。未来研究应采用质的方法拓展研究思路。
