摘要
介绍了用变频器取代液力耦合器和传动皮带做风机出厂试验的实践。提出了用一套变频装置满足不同额定转速的风机试车要求的措施。探讨了试车时电动机温升特点及原因 ,提出用加大电动机机座号的办法 。
Inverters have replaced liquid coupler & driving belt is introduced.Measures for using a set of inverting unit to meet the test running requirement of fan with various rated speed are put forward.Characteristic & reason of motor temperature rise at the test running is discussed.The method of increasing the base number of the motor is put forward.Ultraharmonics & overspeed running to the effect of the motor is solved
