大型动(静)叶调节轴流通风机性能在线监测的一种新方法

摘要 针对广泛用于 30 0 MW及以上大容量火电机组锅炉鼓、引风机的动 (静 )叶调节轴流通风机 ,结合其性能特点 ,提出一种基于高精度性能模型的轴流通风机性能在线监测新方法。运用该方法可方便地实现轴流通风机流量、全压等大管径条件下不易准确测量参数的在线监测 ,并通过这些运行参数与风机实际性能曲线的结合实现轴流通风机喘振故障的实时预报。基于该方法研制轴流式锅炉鼓、引风机运行工况在线监视系统 ,对提高轴流式鼓、引风机 。 The large scale axial flow fan with adjustable vanes is widely used as the boiler forced draft(FD) or induced draft(ID) fan for 300MW or larger capacity thermal generating unit.It is quite necessary to monitor its working condition and to predict its potential faults to ensure the fan to run safely and economically.So a new method is put forward in this paper to monitor the fan running parameters on line based on the high accuracy performance model of the axial fan which is built in the paper.With this method the fan flow rate and full pressure,which are usually not easy to be accurately measured in large diameter pipe condition,can be monitored on line easily,and the surge fault prediction of the fan can be further realized by using these parameters and the fan character curve.It will do great help to the safe and economic operation of the fan,the boiler and even the whole unit by developing on line monitoring and surge fault prediction system of boiler FD or ID axial flow fan with the method.
