摘要
阐释了独立学院战略定位的内涵,分析了独立学院所处的外部环境和自身发展的困境,通过市场调查和市场分析确定专业设置和人才培养目标,准确评估独立学院能力特点,提出在了解同类院校发展情况及所采用的竞争策略基础上,找准自己的核心竞争优势,做好任务陈述,建立操作性强的战略定位量化指标体系,并通过采取整体目标定位、学科发展定位、培养目标定位等有效措施,推动独立学院战略定位研究,促进其健康持续发展,培养具有高素质、强能力、应用型创新人才。
The connotation of strategic positioning of independent colleges was explained, and the outside environment and their inside factors and dilemma for self-development were analyzes in the paper. The major setting and goal of talent cultivation have been determined through market investigation and analysis, and the ability of independent colleges has been assessed. On the base of understanding the development of similar universities and colleges and their correct competition strategies, independent colleges should find out their own core competition advantages, complete the tasks statement, build operable quantization index system of strategic orientation, and introduce the location of the whole target, disciplines and training goals to advance strategic positioning study and promote persistent and healthy development of independent colleges, thus, train large quantities of high quality, competent and compound innovative talents.
