PBL案例教学模式在中医内科学教学中的实践 被引量:10

PBL teaching mode in teaching of Chinese internal medicine

摘要 为优化中医内科学的教学方法,在以往PBL教学法与传统教学法相结合的研究基础上,采用文本、多媒体和视频等多种方式,重点引入案例教学法。对2个教学班的实施结果表明,PBL案例教学模式在各方面均明显优于传统教学法。提示可3种教学法有机结合、综合运用,应从入学始尽早实施,并建立广泛共享的案例资源。 For optimizing the teaching method of Chinese internal medicine and on the base of PBL combining traditional teaching methods in the past, case-based teaching has been introduced through applying texts, multimedia and video materials. The implement results in two teaching classes showed that PBL and case teaching mode are superior to traditional teaching methods in various aspects. The author indicats that the organic combination and comprehensive application of three kinds of teaching method should be implemented as soon as possible and widely shared case resource should be established.
