摘要
对离子膜电解槽膜极距改造的2种不同方式——停车改造和不停车改造进行了技术经济比较,确定了采取不停车改造的方式实施,可以保证改造期间烧碱产量不减少,从而获得较好的经济效益。
Two different ways to transform the membrane electrode distance of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers i. e. , transformation during shutdown or transformation during operation, were compared in technology and economy. The way of transformation during operation was selected. This way could guarantee that the output of caustic soda did not be cut during transformation and gave better economic returns.
