摘要 应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定高纯盐酸中微量Ca、Mg、Sr、Ba、Zn、Al、Ni、Fe、Cu、Mn、Hg、Pb、Ge、Cr、P、S、Si等杂质元素含量。通过选择合适的分析谱线,采用基体匹配法消除基体干扰。结果表明:在选定的测定条件下,所获得的标准曲线线性关系良好(R2=0.999 163~1.000 000),实际测得17种元素的检出限为0.19~15.62μg/L(质量浓度),加标回收率为87.0%~124.0%,10次测定的RSD小于12.1%。该方法快速、简便、准确、可靠,可用于实际样品的分析。 Trace element contents, such as Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba, Zn, Al, Ni, Fe, Cu, Mn, Hg, Pb, Ge, Cr, P, S and Si, in high-purity hydrochloric acid were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Matrix interference was eliminated by selecting suitable analytical spectral line and using matrix matching method. The results showed that under the selected determination conditions, the obtained standard curve showed good linear relationship with R2 from 0.999 163 to 1. 000 000, the detection limits of 17 kinds of element ranged between 0. 19 to 15.62 μg/L, the recovery was in the range of 87.0% to 124.0%, and the RSD was less than 12. 1% in 10 times determination. This method was rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, and could be used in the determination of real samples.
