摘要 目的:研究壮药红鱼眼黄酮类化合物的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。方法:用乙醇回流提取法通过正交设计试验确定黄酮提取工艺的最佳条件,用氧化法测定其清除超氧自由基和DPPH·自由基的能力。结果:红鱼眼黄酮提取的最佳条件为:8倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。所得黄酮在一定浓度范围内具有较强的清除自由基和抗氧化能力。结论:优选的提取工艺效率高,所制备的黄酮有较强的清除超氧自由基和DPPH·自由基活性,具有很好的抗自氧化效果,是一种较好的天然抗氧化剂。 To study the extraction technology and antioxidant activity of flavonoids in Phyllanthus reticulaliis.Method: The optimal extraction technology of flavonoids was screened by orthogonal design,and the clearance of superoxide radical and DPPH·were detected by oxidation method.Result;The optimal extraction conditions were as follows;adding 8-fold of 60%ethanol and extracting 3 times with 60 min for each.The obtained flavonoids showed significant radical scavenging and antioxidant activity within the experimental concentration range.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology exhibits higher extraction efficiency,and the flavonoids show promising radical scavenging and antioxidant activity.The obtained flavonoids can be used as promising natural antioxidants.
