苗药飞龙掌血中白屈菜红碱的含量测定方法

Determination of Chelerythrine in Toddalia Asiatica

目的:改进飞龙掌血药材含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长283 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:白屈菜红碱的线性范围为0.444～1.554μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.89%,RSD为0.96%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于飞龙掌血药材的质量控制。

To improve the method for the determination of chelerythrine in Toddalia Asiatica.Method：The separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column with the detection wavelength of 283 nm.The mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.Result：The linear range of chelerythrine was 0.444-1.554μg（r =0.999 8）,the average recovery was 97.89%（RSD =0.96%,n =6）.Conclusion：The method is accurate, simple and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of Toddalia Asiatica.
