摘要
目的:建立UPLC法测定维生素B_4片中维生素B_4的含量的方法。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(90:10)(加0.5%的三乙胺,用H_3PO_4调pH至为4.0),流速为0.3 ml·min^(-1),柱温为50℃,检测波长为262 nm。结果:维生素B_4在2.79~139.50μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.3%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用维生素B_4片的质量控制。
To establish a UPLC metliod for the determination of vitamin B_4 tablets.Method:An ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L^(-1) potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol(90:10)(adding 0.5%trielhylamine and adjusting pH to 3.2 with phosphoric acid),the flow rate was 0.3 ml·min^(-1),the column temperature was 50℃and the detection wavelength was 262 nm.Result:There was a good linear relationship within the range of 2.79-139.50μg·ml^(-1) for vitamin B_4(r = 0.999 8),and the average recovery was 100.2%with RSD of 0.3%(n= 9).Conclusion:The method is simple,reproducible and accurate with promising specificity,and can be used in the quality control of vitamin B_4 tablets.
