酸性染料比色法测定甘草附子药对中总生物碱的含量

Determination of Total Alkaloids in Licorice and Aconite by Acid Dye Colorimetry

目的:建立甘草附子药对总生物碱的含量测定方法方法:采用酸性染料比色法,以乌头碱为对照品,检测波长为415 nm,测定药对中总生物碱的含量。结果:该方法能较为准确地测定出药对中总生物碱的含量;总生物碱的浓度在1.2～6.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均回收率100.2%(RSD=2.7%)。结论:该方法灵敏,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为总生物碱的含量测定方法。

To establish a method for the determination of total alkaloids in aconite and liocorice.Method：Aconitine as the reference,the total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry at 415 nm.Result：The method was accurate in the determination of the total alkaloids.The linear ranges of the total alkaloids were 1.2-6.0μg·ml^（-1）（r = 0.999 1 ）.The average recovery was 100.2%（RSD = 2.1%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
