摘要
提出采用软件的方法对零件进行剖分以改进 LOM技术的加工工艺 ,从而实现大尺寸零件及薄壁零件的制造 ,同时达到提高 LOM薄壁制件的性能、节省制造时间的目的。简要介绍了可以对零件进行拼接、剖分等操作的 RPData软件及软件实现中对模型的 STL、CLI格式进行分割的基本原理。
The paper expatiates on the problems that exist in LOM technology. During the course of rapid manufacturing, we often encounter those problems such as big-size prototype manufacturing limitation and thin-wall prototype's poor performance or intensity in the direction of height. It is decided to ameliorate the processing technology of the LOM equipment, and put forward a method to separate the prototype by means of software.Through this method,big-size prototypes and thin-wall prototypes can be made.the performance of thin-wall prototype can be improved and saving time.Besides,the paper introducs the RPData software which can trim the prototype and the basic principle for dividing the model's STL or CLI format in the realization of RPData software.
