参数切换机械系统理论在变速箱传动方案设计中的应用

摘要 参数切换机械系统是以变速箱为工程背景 ,以数列为对象抽象出来的一种代数系统 ,具有独特的运算规律 :数列的遍乘、遍加和全并运算。本文简要介绍了此数学理论 ,引入参数结构、数列模式、最小结构实现等概念 ,给出系统 CAD的递归算法 ,并在此基础上开发了基于参数结构的变速箱传动方案 CAD系统。软件最终输出传动方案结构网及其评价 ,突破了变速箱传动方案主要靠经验图解设计的现状 ,为机械产品方案设计提供了有益的借鉴。 Parameter switchable mechanical system is a new algebraic system extracted from the engineering background of gearbox. This system, whose operands are number sequences, has some particular operational rules: overall multiplication, overall addition, and full union operation. We first introduce the mathematical theory briefly. Then we introduce parameter structure, number sequence pattern and minimum structure realization, etc.and the system parameter CAD recursion algorithm. Based on this algorithm, a Gearbox Driving Scheme CAD System(GDSCADS) is developed. The final output from the software are gearbox driving structure nets and their evaluations. It is a breakthrough in gearbox design since gearbox drive scheme was designed mainly by experience and graphical methodbefore, and it is a new method for mechanical product concept design.
