研究生层次工程类应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 科技进步有力地促进了工程技术发展,工程技术发展又为科技进步提供了强大支撑,同时也对应用型人才应具备的素质和能力提出了新的更高的要求。然而,就实际情况来看,我国高校现有的人才培养模式都不同程度存在着重理论、轻工程实践的问题,所培养的人才还不能适应工程技术现代化的需求,应进一步改进。本文在分析我国工程类应用人才培养现状的基础上,对研究生层次工程类应用人才特征与能力要求进行了研究,并对该类人才的培养模式进行了探索与实践。 The progress of science and technology has effectively promoted the development of engineering technology, which in turn supports the progress of science and technology, and puts forward new and higher demands for practical skills. However, due to the present training mode which pays more attention to theoretical studies than engineering practice, training cannot fully meet the needs of modern engineering technology and must be improved. Based on an analysis of the status of engineering training in China, we studied the requirements for engineering graduate students' practical capabilities as well as the training mode for enhancing those practical skills.
