阿德福韦酯联合微卡、乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床分析

目的分析阿德福韦酯联合微卡、乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床应用效果。方法选取2009年7月-2012年7月治疗的66例慢性乙型肝炎患者,分为观察组36例和对照组30例,分别采用阿德福韦酯联合微卡、乙肝疫苗方式和单独使用阿德福韦酯方式治疗,比较两组治疗3、6、12个月后ALT复常率以及HBV-DNA和HBeAg阴性率情况,并对整体治疗效果和不良反应发生情况比较分析。结果观察组的ALT复常率以及HBV-DNA和HBeAg阴性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组(总有效率88.9%)治疗效果明显优于对照组(总有效率63.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯联合微卡、乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床效果明显,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyse the application effect of adefovir joint M.vaccae,hepatitis b vaccine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b.Methods Select 66 chronic hepatitis b patients between July 2009 and July 2012 and divided into the observation group（36 patients） and the control group（30 patients,each group respectively use adefovir joint M.vaccae、hepatitis b vaccine and adefovir joint,then compare the complex often rate of ALT and negative rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg after cure 3、6、12 months,and analysis the treatment effect on the whole and adverse reactions at the same time.Results The complex often rate of ALT and negative rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg of the observation group is higher than the control group（P0.05）;the treatment effect of the observation group is better than the control group,the rate of treatment effect is respectively 88.9% and 63.3%,the difference is obviou（sP0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of adefovir joint M.vaccae、hepatitis b vaccine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis b is obvious and safe and reliable,medical clinical could apply in a wide range.
