腹腔镜直肠癌手术与传统开腹直肠癌手术的临床疗效对比分析

目的探讨和比较腹腔镜直肠癌手术与传统开腹直肠癌手术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月-2012年6月收治的142例直肠癌患者的临床资料,其中,观察组74例患者采用腹腔镜手术,对照组68例患者采用传统开腹手术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组在术中出血量、住院时间等指标上显著优于对照组,P<0.05;但在手术时间、住院时间等方面两组患者的疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组患者的满意度分别为87.8%和73.5%,两组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜直肠癌手术与传统开腹直肠癌手术效果相当,且具有创伤小、恢复快等优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate and compare clinical effects of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery and traditional open rectal cancer surgery.Methods 142 patients with rectal cancer patients were divided into two groups,including the observation group（74 patients with laparoscopic surgery） and the control group（68 patients with conventional surgery）.Results The indicators of blood loss,hospital stay were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）;But in eperation time,length of hospital stay,etc,the curative effeect of two groups of patients with no statistical difference（P0.05）,The satisfaction of the two groups of patients were 87.8% and 73.5%,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery with fewer traumas and other advantages,it is worthy of widely recommendation to clinical.
