轮状病毒性肠炎并发脑炎的临床分析

目的探讨轮状病毒性肠炎引发小儿脑炎的临床症状。方法对广东省汕尾逸挥基金医院2011年5月-2012年5月53例轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿做回顾性分析,并且在患儿患病期间注意观察,积极予以治疗,记录患儿的并发情况。结果 53例患有轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿引发肠道外脏器损害的患儿有21例,表现出不同程度的身体脱水、代谢性中毒、体内电解质紊乱等。其中有11例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿并发脑炎,发生率为20.7%。经积极治疗,患儿在2周内病情均恢复,并且在回访中未发现遗留后遗症。结论对患有轮状病毒性肠炎的小儿应及早发现、早干预,减少轮状病毒性肠炎并发脑炎的几率,对患儿尽早恢复健康具有重要意义。

Objective To explore clinical symptoms of pediatric encephalitis caused by wheel shape viral enteritis.Methods From May 2011 to May 2012,a total of 53 cases were retrospectively analyzed,the patient＇s disease hair were recorded and further study.Results 53 cases with round shape of children viral enteritis cause intestinal external organs damage 21 cases of children：demonstrate different degrees of body dehydration,metabolic poisoning,body electrolyte disorder,etc.There were 11 cases wheel shape of children viral enteritis complicated encephalitis,a rate was 20.7%.The active treatment,all cases in 2 weeks of illness were restored,and in return visit did not find legacy sequela.Conclusion With the round shape of the viral enteritis children should be early discovery,early intervention,reduce wheel shape viral enteritis complicated encephalitis of probability,the children recover as soon as possible is of great significance.
