腹部超声检查对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值分析

目的分析与探讨腹部超声检查对于子宫内膜病变的临床诊断价值。方法选取成都市第五人民医院2010年9月-2012年9月因阴道不规则流血、排液等临床症状而入院接受检查的患者共80例,将超声检查结果与治疗后病理检查结果进行对比。结果子宫内膜增生的符合率为92.3%,子宫内膜息肉的符合率为86.7%,子宫内膜炎的符合率为91.0%,子宫肌瘤的符合率为84.6%,子宫内膜癌的符合率为80.0%。结论采用腹部超声对子宫内膜病变进行检查灵敏度高,准确度良好。

Objective Discussion and analysis of the abdominal ultrasound examination for clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods In our hospital from 2010 September to 2012 September because of irregular vaginal bleeding,drainage and other clinical symptoms and admitted to hospital for examination of the patients with a total of 80 cases,the results of ultrasonography and pathological examination results were compared after treatment.Results The endometrium proliferation rate was 92.3% with endometrial polyps,the coincidence rate was 86.7%,the coincidence rate is 91%,endometritis,uterine fibroids coincidence rate was 84.6%,the coincidence rate of endometrial carcinoma was 80%.Conclusion Using abdominal ultrasound examination of endometrial lesions of high sensitivity,good accuracy.[
