皮肤保护膜在气管导管固定中的应用

Application of protective film on endotracheal intubation

目的探讨3M Cavilon无痛皮肤保护膜在气管导管固定中对皮肤的保护效果。方法 2012年1—6月从重症监护病房中选取60例需行机械通气的婴幼儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用无痛皮肤保护膜涂抹于皮肤后用丝绸胶布固定;对照组直接用丝绸胶布固定于皮肤上。结果皮肤保护膜在气管导管固定中对皮肤的保护效果明显。结论 3 M无痛皮肤保护膜涂抹后,在皮肤表面形成一层保护层,将皮肤与胶布隔离,从而起到减少皮肤机械性受损、保护皮肤的作用。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of painless protective film（3M Cavilon） on skin during the endotracheal intubation treatment.Methods 60 infants and young children who were receiving mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit from January to June 2012 were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）.In the experimental group,3M Cavilon was applied to the skin before fixing with silk tape,while in the control group silk tape was directly fixed onto the skin.Results 3M Cavilon showed a significant protective effect on skin during the endotracheal intubation treatment.Conclusion 3M Cavilon can form a protective layer on the surface of skin and insulate the skin from the tape to decrease the risk of mechanical damages to the skin.
