弹性金属塑料瓦的导热系数确定及导热性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用平板导热仪对弹性金属塑料瓦实际模型的导热系数进行了测定 ,并根据模型的结构参数及热力学原理进一步确定了弹性金属塑料层及金属弹性层的导热系数 ,同时结合真机运行的实际情况对瓦面温度及瓦体温度进行分析。其结果对弹性金属塑料瓦的设计和制作具有指导意义。 In this paper the heat conduction coefficient of actual elasto metal plastic (EMP) pad model is measured. According to the structure parameters and the theory of thermodynamics, the heat conduction coefficient of EMP layer and metal elastic layer are determined further. And under the actual running condition of EMP thrust bearing, the temperatures of the EMP pad surface and the EMP pad are analysed. It is useful to the design and manufacture of EMP pads.
