摘要 在绝对式小型光电编码器动态特性检测中,为了对匀速变速转动下编码器的高速误差进行数据采集,提出了编码器误差数据准确采集方法,并设计了绝对式光电编码器动态误差采集系统。首先,通过对被测编码器输出角度数据所表达真实角度准确时刻的分析,提出了编码器误差数据的准确采集时刻是在编码器输出数据变化的边沿时刻。然后,通过对误差采集时采集数据量、采集速度及传输速度的分析,确定了以FPGA+USB设计制作硬件电路,实现编码器误差数据的全分辨率采集。最后,通过计算机软件实现对误差数据的计算、显示和打印。经过实验,系统可以高速、准确地采集到快速转动下编码器所有角度的误差数据,能够满足小型绝对式光电编码器动态特性检测的要求。系统具有采集数据高速、准确等优点。可以实现对90 r/min以下转速的16位编码器的数据采集。 In order to solve high-speed data acquisition for rotating photoelectric encoder in the dynamicdetection, the method of encoder angle data collection was proposed and the acquisition system ofdynamic errors for absolute photoelectric encoder was designed. Firstly, it was proposed that the exacttime of acquisition for error data was at the edge of data by the analysis of the exact time for the outputof encoder. Secondly, the circuit was designed with FPGA and USB chips by the analysis of quantity,acquisition speed and transmission speed of error data. Finally, the computer software finished thecalculation, displaying and printing. By the results of experiment, the system can collect the error data ofrapid rotating encoder accurately, meanwhile suited for the detection of the dynamic characteristics foismall absolute optical encoder. This system can achieve the data acquisition of 16 bits photoelectricencoder below the speed of 90 r/min accurately.
