摘要
将价格较低的单马来酰亚胺树脂加入一定配比的二苯甲烷型双马 /二烯丙基双酚 A中形成三元共混体系。对不同单马用量的三元体系固化工艺、力学性能、耐热性进行了研究。结果表明 :在双马 /烯丙基双酚 A中加入适当比例的单马 ,可得到熔融温度低、稳定性好的混合树脂 ,该树脂具有较好的加工工艺性 ,固化物具有优异的耐热性 ;相同工艺条件下单马用量不同 ,力学性能不同 ;相同用量的单马后处理温度不同 ,热变形温度不同 ,2 30℃处理 8h后具有较好的力学性能 ,热变形温度可超过30 0℃ ;2 0 0℃后处理 8h后弯曲性能有所下降 ,冲击性能有较大幅度的提高 ,热变形温度仍然可达到 2 5 0℃。
The mechanics, hot properties ,and curing technology of selected ratio of BIM/BA system were studied by adding different quantity of low prices of NPIM. The resins have low mp, good thermal stability, and excellent heat resistant property. Different content of NPMI have different mechanics with the same curing technology. HDT have clear difference with different treated temperature after being cured at same time (230℃/8h,HDT300℃;200℃/8h,HDT250℃). The longer the time was at the same temperature (200℃)such as 8h,16h,and 20h,the higher the HDT is (250℃,300℃,320℃).
