摘要 针对冲压零件 ,尤其是带体积成形的冲压件的特点 ,在总结特征识别方法的基础上 ,提出了一种新型的冲压特征识别算法 ,并对特征识别中的难点——特征相交问题提出基于痕迹的冲压件相交特征识别方法。 Feature recognition is defined as the process of recognizing the feature message from the solid model of the part. Feature recognition method, as the Intelligent interface between CAD and CAPP, is greatly important for effective integration of CAD, CAPP and CAM. On the basis of summarizing the method of feature recognition,this paper proposed the new algorithm of feature recognition of blanking part by analyzing the characteristics of blanking part and taking volume molding into account. Moreover, the existing problems on featue Interaction are discussed and the recognition method based on thehint is proposed.
