变深度不等距螺旋送料杆的CAD/CAM实践

摘要 根据变深度不等距螺旋送料杆的物理结构 ,采用 CAD/CAM的数据表达规则 ,建立了它的数学模型。在此基础上 ,利用 Object ARX编程 ,开发了一个用于设计和制造该类零件的 CAD/CAM软件 ,并成功地在数控车削中心加工出了该产品。 This paper presents a mathematical model and practical results of computer aided designing and machining of a screw conveyer with variant depth and pitch. Based on the physical structure of the screw conveyer,by the CAD/CAM data expressing rule, the mathematical model for the soft mould of the part is built up; a CAD/CAM software for designing and machining the part is also developed using ObjectARX programming. Finally, a specific screw conveyer is successfully made on a NC lathe center.
