摘要
首先介绍了装配模型的研究现状 ,分析了装配模型的几种表示方式及其优点、缺点 ,然后提出了一种面向设计的基于广义键和层次结构模型的集成产品装配模型。这一装配模型能够描述产品的层次信息 ,描述零部件之间的位置关系信息、连接关系信息、运动关系信息、传动关系信息和配合关系信息 ,还能够描述零部件的设计参数及其约束关系、分析特征等非工程语义信息。基于产品几何模型和装配模型的设计系统 ,能够支持产品自上而下、逐步求精的设计过程和并行产品设计过程。
This paper introduced the current situaton about the research of assembly model, analyzed several different kind of description method about assembly model and their advantage and disadvantage at first. Then the paper suggested an integrated design oriented product assembly model which is based on GL (Generalized Link) and hierarchical structure. It can not only describe the hierarchical relation information, position relation information, connection relation information, movement relation information, transmission relation information and matching relation information, but also describe non engineering semantic information such as design parameters and their constraint relation information, analyses feature information. The design system which is based on geometric model and the above assembly model can support the Top down, decomposition process and the concurrent design process.
