胸腰椎骨折经伤椎置钉椎弓根钉系统内固定术 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析经伤椎置钉椎弓根钉系统内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择胸腰椎骨折患者150例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用经伤椎置钉椎弓根钉系统内固定术治疗,对照组采用跨节段椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗。结果观察组的术后矫正率以及椎管面积改善值均显著高于对照组,远期丢失率以及内固定失效率均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者实施经伤椎置钉椎弓根钉系统内固定术,固定牢靠,可有效矫正后凸畸形并长期维持矫正效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To analysis clinical efficacy of thoracolumbar fractures by the fractured vertebral pedicle screw pedicle screw fixation.Methods Patients with thoracolumbar fractures 150 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated by the injured vertebra pedicle screws and pedicle screw fixation treatment,control group with cross-segment pedicle screw fixation treatment. Results The postoperative correction rate and the spinal area to improve the value of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,long-term loss rate,and fixation failure rate was significantly lower than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion Implementation by the fractured vertebral pedicle screw pedicle screw fixation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures,can effectively improve the firmness of the fixation system,and can effectively correct the kyphosis correction effect and long-term maintenance, should be widely applied.
