带状疱疹致特发性面神经麻痹临床研究

Clinical research of the Idiopathic facial palsy because of the herpes zoster

目的探讨带状疱疹致特发性面神经麻痹的临床症状及治疗方法。方法选取我院2008年3月至2012年11月收治的带状疱疹致特发性面神经麻痹患者26例,对其临床症状及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果 26例带状疱疹致特发性面神经麻痹患者治疗后临床症状情况:疱疹3例、头疼2例、眩晕1例、皱眉1例、闭眼0例、鼓腮4例、口角歪斜2例、发热2例。患者治疗前的症状积分为为16.5±2.43,治疗后症状积分为5.3±1.1,其中治愈20例,好转5例,无效1例。结论带状疱疹致特发性面神经麻痹的主要临床症状为疱疹、头疼、眩晕、皱眉、闭眼、鼓腮、口角歪斜、发热。通过在常规药物治疗的基础上结合按摩、针灸及功能恢复训练治疗的方式,其疗效显著,为基层治疗该类疾病提供了可靠依据。

Objective The aim of the study was to assess clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the idiopathic facial palsy because of the herpes zoster.Methods 26 cases of the idiopathic facial palsy because of the herpes zoster patients admitted to our hospital during Mary 2008 and November 2012,were retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics and treatment.Results The clinical symptoms after treatment of 26 cases of the idiopathic facial palsy because of the herpes zoster patients：herpes 3 cases,headache 2 cases, vertigo 1 cases,frown 1 cases,drum cheeks 4 cases,distortion of commissure 2 cases,fever 2 cases.Patients before symptoms integral for treatment is 16.5±2.43.After treatment of symptom integral is 5.3±1.1,Among them,cure 20 cases,improve 5 cases,invalid 1 case.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the idiopathic facial palsy because of the herpes zoster patients：herpes,headache,vertigo,frown,drum cheeks,distortion of commissure, fever.On the basis of routine therapy combined with massage,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment way and function recovery training,curative effect is distinct,provide a reliable basis for first-line treatment of the disease
