华法林与阿司匹林用于老年阵发性房颤患者抗凝治疗临床对比研究

Hua Falin and aspirin for anticoagulation in elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation therapy clinical comparative study

目的对比华法林与阿司匹林用于老年阵发性房颤(NVAF)患者抗凝治疗临床效果。方法总结在我院治疗的NVAF患者46例资料,按照患者用药种类不同进行分组:选择华法林进行治疗的23例资料为治疗一组,选择阿司匹林进行治疗的23例资料为治疗二组,治疗后按照文中统计指标进行统计,最后统计学方法比较组间疗效差异性。结果治疗一组患者有1例(4.3%)发生脑栓塞,有2例患者(8.7%)有出血现象,数据结果与治疗二组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论华法林与阿司匹林用于NVAF患者抗凝治疗临床疗效无统计学差异性,但阿司匹林用药更加安全、方便且具有价格优势。

Objective comparison of warfarin and aspirin in elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （NVAF） anticoagulant therapy in patients with clinical effect.Methods in our hospital,the NVAF data of 46 patients with drug use,according to different types of packets;choice of warfarin therapy for the treatment of 23 cases of a group,select the data of 23 cases treated with aspirin for the treatment of the two groups after treatment,according to the statistical index statistics,the statistical methods comparison group the differences of therapeutic effect of.Results the treatment group 1 cases（4.3%） of cerebral embolism,2 patients （8.7%） had bleeding,data and treatment of two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05 ）. Conclusion there was no significant difference of warfarin and aspirin for patients with NVAF anticoagulation therapy clinical efficacy,but aspirin therapy more safe,convenient and has a price advantage.
