比较不同可视喉镜在困难气管插管中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的对应用Artraq和Macintosh两种可视喉镜对困难气管插管患者进行气管插管的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取60例困难气管插管的患者病例,将其分为对照组和观察组,平均每组30例。采用Macintosh可视喉镜对对照组患者进行气管插管;采用Artraq可视喉镜对观察组患者进行气管插管。结果观察组患者插管操作时间明显短于对照组;平均插管次数明显少于对照组;插管前后心率和血压水平的变化幅度明显小于对照组。结论对于困难气管插管,应用Artraq可视喉镜进行气管插管的临床效果非常明显。
