乙肝相关性肾炎患者抗病毒治疗期间护理研究

Hepatitis b associated nephritis patients nursing research during antiviral therapy

目的乙肝相关免疫物在肾脏沉积,引起相关免疫及肾炎,抗病毒治疗有效,本文拟通过其治疗期间护理观察,总结出乙肝相关性肾炎治疗期间的护理方法。方法选择本院66例乙肝相关性肾炎患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,并经严格肝脏及肾脏护理措施,观察患者病毒及肾炎改善情况。结果发现护理实验组较对照组病情更通有效控制,有效率更高,二者对比有统计学意义。结论乙肝相关性肾炎患者根据个体化进行抗病毒治疗,病情轻重不一,但经我科护理总结经验,精心呵护,使患者更好配合医生药物治疗,病情得到更好控制,症状改善明显。

Objective Hepatitis b immune related content in kidney deposit,cause the immune and nephritis,antiviral treatment is effective,through its treatment during nursing observations,this paper summarized the nursing methods of hepatitis b associated nephritis during treatment.Methods Selection in our hospital 66 cases of hepatitis b associated nephritis patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the liver and kidney care measures strictly,virus and nephritis patients was observed.Results Found that nursing experimental group than control group in disease more effective control,efficiency is higher, the contrast was statistically significant.Conclusion Antiviral therapy of hepatitis b associated nephritis patients according to individual,illness weight is differ,but by our department nursing summary experience,carefully to caress,make better cooperate with the doctor patient medical treatment,the condition get better control, symptoms improved significantly.
