摘要
目的:探讨护理实习生人际交往效能感与护患沟通能力现状及二者的相关关系。方法:采用方便抽样法对248名护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果:护理实习生人际交往效能感总分为(148.62±16.36)分,得分率为68.81%,呈中等水平;护患沟通能力总分为(173.84±18.48)分,得分率为82.78%;护理实习生人际交往效能感与护患沟通能力呈正相关(r=0.471,P<0.01)。结论:教育者应重视护生人际交往效能感的培养,以有效提高其临床护患沟通能力。
Objective: To explore the current status of interpersonal association self-efficacy and nurse-patient communication competence among nursing intern students.Methods: We recuited 248 nursing intern students by convenience sampling method.Results: The mean score of interpersonal association self-efficacy was 148.62±16.36 and the scoring rate was 68.81% which was in the medium level.The mean score of nurse-patient communication competence was 173.84±18.48 and the scoring rate was 82.78%.This two variables had a positive relationship(r=0.471,P0.01).Conclusions: Nursing educators should pay more attention to the importance of improving students' interpersonal association self-efficacy and nurse-patient communication competence.
