摘要
从病人出院准备度包含的内容、病人出院准备度的评估工具、影响病人出院准备度的因素等3个方面对病人出院准备度的护理研究进行综述,为进一步的研究提供参考。
Readiness for hospital discharge is a new concept in nursing.The concept of readiness for hospital discharge and the related research studies were system atically reviewed.Three aspects were covered including the dimensions of the concept,the instruments used for assessment,and the influencing factors of the readiness for hospital discharge.
