摘要
目的:探讨备班日常化管理在肿瘤科护理人力资源管理中的实践及成效。方法:从设置备班原则、建立备班制度、落实备班管理方法和备班职责与调休等方面进行备班日常化管理。结果:通过备班日常化管理,使护理人力资源得到有效利用,2011年底无一人有欠休;备班产生的加班调休在2周内均得到落实;2011年护士离职4人,比2010年减少8人。结论:备班日常化可灵活管理和运用有限的护理人力资源,是一种有效的人力资源管理方法。
Objective: To discuss the appropriate method for application of daily backup on-duty in nursing human resources management in oncology department.Methods: We implemented the daily backup on-duty system since 2011 by setting up principle and system of backup on-duty,perfecting the management and responsibility of backup on-duty and adjusted rest.Results: The nursing human resources were fully used after the implementation of daily backup on-duty.No one worked overtime.All the adjusted rests due to the daily backup on-duty were achieved within 2 weeks.The numbers of nurses resigned declined from 12 in 2010 to 4 in 2011.Conclusions: Daily backup on-duty is an effective way to manage limited nursing human resources.
