临床护理操作技术难度系数研究

The difficulty coefficient evaluation and application of clinical nursing operation techniques

目的:建立科学、量化的临床护理操作技术难度系数表。方法:以353名二级以上医院临床护理专家或骨干为咨询对象,对174项临床护理操作技术的难度进行评价。结果:①174项临床护理操作技术的难度系数专家咨询结果在0.73～4.39;②不同等级、不同性质的医院护理专家或骨干对护理操作项目评分结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:"临床护理操作技术难度系数表"可系统、全面地评价临床护理操作技术难度,为护理工作量化管理提供科学依据并在不同医院间具有可推广性。

Objective： To establish a scientific, practical, and measurable evaluation system of the clinical nursing operation techniques. Method： A total of 353 clinical nursing specialists and backbones from above Second-Grade hospitals were investigated and they evaluated 174 clinical nursing operation techniques. Results： The difficulty coefficient of 174 clinical nursing operation techniques ranged from 0.73 to 4.39. The scores of the clinical nursing operation techniques evaluated by nursing experts or backbones from different Grade hospitals had no statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The difficulty coefficient table of clinical nursing operation techniques could evaluate the difficulty of clinical nursing operation techniques systematically and comprehensively and provide a scientific basis for the quantification of nursing management. This evaluation index system could be popularized among different Grade hospitals.
